ISO Accreditation

We first achieved ISO accreditation in 1997 and have maintained it ever since.

Initially we were certified for ISO 9001, the universal international standard for quality management. In 2018, with the growth in food storage and distribution, we applied for and achieved accreditation for the food safety standard ISO 22000:2005. All our premises operate to this standard.

Clients can be confident that we have an effective food safety management system to control food safety hazards.  Utilising a quality system allows us to create measurable quality objectives which support us to continuously meet, and exceed, our client expectations.

Dairy Accredited

Our warehouses are dairy accredited, offering clients an efficient and cost-effective solution for long or short term storage of containerised and loose goods.

Organic and FairTrade-Certified

We know that preventing cross contamination is top of mind for clients seeking an organic food warehouse partner. We ensure that organic foods are segregated from other products and substances and clearly label all organic food storages areas and boxes, noting the contents for original traceability.

Our efficient warehouse management system, supported by our internal processes, maintains records for integrity. Our warehouses are also regularly audited by FairTrade which offers peace of mind to our clients offering FairTrade certified products.

Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) Approved

Our warehouses are DAFF approved for:

• Class 1.3 Products

• Class 2.2: Agricultural products

• Class 4.6: Fumigation
